What data we collect

We only process what is needed to deliver the service: your name, email, phone number (optional), booking history, preferences, and — if provided — your location to show nearby salons.

Why we process it

• To manage your bookings and send reminders.
• To show relevant salons and make recommendations.
• To prevent abuse and fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share with

We share only what is necessary with the chosen salon (when you book) and with our processors: Supabase (database & auth), Mollie (payments), and email/SMS providers for notifications. Never for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking data for 7 years for tax obligations. Profile data until you delete your account. Logs for a maximum of 90 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data via your profile settings or by emailing privacy@salontime.nl. You can file complaints with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
